Why me
I build and run these systems myself, daily, on my own stack. Two decades across US defense, Gulf government advisory, and production AI systems. Beirut-based, working remote or on-site across Lebanon, the Gulf, Europe, and the US. My methods are published open-source and my research on the region's AI landscape is public and dated.

Is Lebanon a dead end for building anything in AI right now, or can a company here still do serious work?
Serious work is being done here. I run production AI systems from Beirut for work inside and outside the country. The constraint is not talent or ambition. It is that costs are in dollars and buyers are often abroad, so the design has to respect both from day one. In practice that means building lean here and selling into the Gulf, Europe, or the United States. I work across all three, and market entry and network origination are part of what I do rather than an afterthought.
Which sectors have you actually built AI systems for?
Health, finance, media, and research, in production rather than as pilots. Before that, two decades across United States defense work, Gulf government advisory, and production AI systems. What transfers between sectors is not the model, it is the discipline. Define the decision, get the data honestly, keep a person accountable where the cost of an error is high, and stress test the result before it ships. Can you work with a company outside Beirut, or remotely?
Yes. I work across Lebanon, the Gulf, Europe, and the United States, on site or remote. Most delivery runs remotely with on site checkpoints at the moments that matter: the opening working session, the training, and the handover. If your operation is a factory or a clinic network, I will want to see it in person at least once, because the useful detail is never in the documentation. Everyone offers AI now. How do we choose without getting burned?
Judge the method, not the deck. Ask what will be running in production, who maintains it, what it costs to run, and what happens when it is wrong. Then ask what the advisor refuses to promise, which tells you more than the proposal does. I publish my methods openly, Aperture for scoping and Crucible for adversarial stress testing, so a buyer can see how a claim gets tested before money moves. If someone cannot show you their reasoning, you are buying a brochure.
