A $1B+ book of business, built and led
Built and led a portfolio of complex, high-stakes programs past $1B across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and Latin America. Trusted at the most senior levels of government and international institutions to lead where the stakes were highest, and endorsed by senior government and institutional leaders.
77 organizations rebuilt into sustainable social enterprises
Restructured the business models of 77 civil-society organizations into self-sustaining social enterprises engineered to outlast a donor-dependent economy, achieving an 85% sustainability rate. The approach was introduced, for the first time, to more than 400 organizations nationwide, and identified local voices to sustain positive engagement.
Ministry innovation strategy adopted as a national standard
Built the innovation strategy and operating model for a GCC ministry, engaging the minister directly on a recurring basis. Conceived a Chief Design Officer function that was subsequently adopted as a government-wide standard, and delivered national innovation programming with global futurists.
Clinical-AI governance under active regulation
Built governance frameworks for a clinical decision-support platform navigating HTI-1 and emerging state AI regulation. Positioned the system to withstand regulatory and board scrutiny while lifting adoption 25%.
From prototype to funded product
Led operations for an AI platform spanning influence, behavioral change, and media verticals, from prototype to production. Secured more than $6M in sustained funding, delivered three product launches within twelve months, and built AI agent evaluation and quality-assessment frameworks for enterprise deployment.
Research selected over the Ivy League
Authored "Global Tech + Local Trust," published in USAID Frontiers in Development, selected over Ivy League submissions, introducing a technology-and-trust model for diaspora-driven development.
