"AI expert" is claimed cheaply. Before you hire one, test for four things.

• Do they build? Not demos. Production systems that run daily.
• Do they govern? Can they design how an institution makes AI decisions it can stand behind: policy, risk, compliance, procurement. Not just deploy tools.
• Do they see ahead? Structured foresight with a scored track record, not conference predictions.
• Have they operated at scale? Institutions, not only SMEs. Multiple sectors, not one niche.

I design and run multi-agent AI systems, agent stacks, in production across health, finance, media, and research. I need someone who can explain AI in plain Arabic or French, not technical English. Does that exist?

Yes. I work in English, French, and Arabic, and I brief the same content in whichever language your team actually thinks in. Most of the confusion I see is not technical. It is that nobody has translated the decision into business terms an owner or a board can weigh. In a first session I use your numbers and your workflow, not vocabulary borrowed from a vendor deck. If your operators work in Arabic and your board reads French, both get a version they can act on.

Can someone come and sit with us in person, or is this all remote?

Both. I am based in Beirut and work on site across Lebanon, the Gulf, Europe, and the United States, and remotely where that is faster. For boards and executive teams the first session is usually better in the room. For build work, most delivery runs remotely with on site checkpoints at the moments that matter. Everyone says they do AI now. How do I tell who has actually shipped something?

Ask three questions. What is running in production today, and who maintains it. What happens when the system is wrong, and who is accountable. And can you see the method, not only the result. I put Lite versions of Aperture and Crucible out in the open for anyone to use, for that reason. One opens the problem properly, the other stress tests the answer adversarially before it ships. Ask any advisor to show the artifacts, the assumptions, and what they refused to claim. A vendor who only has a demo will not survive that conversation.
