AI consultant for Saudi Arabia

You don't need another AI consultant reading from a US playbook that has never touched a Gulf bank. You need someone who has actually built and run these systems in production, who works in Arabic at board level, and who will tell you plainly when AI isn't the answer.

What I do for Saudi organizations

I've spent two decades working across US defense, Gulf government advisory, and production AI systems, and I build and run multi-agent AI systems in production today across health, finance, media, and research. For Saudi banks, healthcare systems, manufacturers, retailers, universities, and family offices, that means work already tested in production, not theory.

Board-level Arabic, not translated slides

The CEO AI Master Class, my board-level executive training program, runs in English, French, or Arabic. I also bring ORSA-grounded strategic foresight, stress-tested adversarially before it reaches a boardroom, and an AI readiness assessment that tells a board where it actually stands, not where a vendor wants it to be.

Sovereign AI capital formation is underway across the Gulf, and Saudi Arabia has published national AI instruments that give organizations a real framework to build against. My research tracks that landscape directly: the Sovereign AI Landscape GCC and Lebanon 2026 report and a live monthly Sovereign AI Tracker inform the strategic advice I bring into the room.

Beirut-based, on-site when it matters

I'm based in Beirut and travel to the Gulf for engagements. I don't claim a Riyadh or Jeddah office. I work remote or on-site across Lebanon, the Gulf, Europe, and the US, and I choose the mode based on what the engagement actually needs: board sessions and workshops in person, systems build and analysis remote.

Methods matter here too. Aperture and Crucible, the frameworks I use to open and pressure-test engagements, are open source at github.com/ScipioP. You can see how I work before you hire me.

How engagements run

Every engagement starts with a working session on the outcome you need, not a proposal built on guesses. From there, scope and pricing get defined together. All pricing is scoped to the engagement.

I sell no AI products and take no vendor commissions. That's the basis for due-diligence work you can actually trust: the recommendation is about your organization, not my revenue.

Common questions

We want a consultant with real experience applying AI in Gulf banks, not an American firm that doesn't know the local market. What makes you different?

I've spent two decades working across US defense, Gulf government advisory, and production AI systems, and I build and run multi-agent AI systems in production today across health, finance, media, and research. That's operating experience, not a slide deck from an outside firm parachuting in for a workshop. I work in Arabic at board level, I travel to Riyadh and Jeddah for engagements, and I'm honest when AI isn't the right tool for a given problem. If you want someone who has actually shipped these systems and understands how a Gulf bank operates, that's the work I do.

Can you deliver board training in Arabic in Riyadh?

Yes. The CEO AI Master Class runs in English, French, or Arabic, and I deliver it on-site in Riyadh or Jeddah when that's what the board needs. It's built for executive and board-level audiences, not technical staff, so the register stays strategic: what AI changes for governance, risk, and competitive position, not how the models work under the hood. I'll ask about your board's composition and language preference before I build the session. I'd rather run it in the language your directors think in than default to English because it's easier for me.

Does customer data stay in-country when we use AI?

That depends on the architecture you choose, and it's one of the first questions I work through with a client. Saudi Arabia has published national AI instruments and maintains active data protection enforcement, which gives organizations a real framework to design against rather than guesswork. I help you map where data actually flows in a proposed AI system, what stays in-country, what doesn't, and where the tradeoffs are. I don't advise on the regulatory framework itself; that's for your legal and compliance teams. My job is making sure the technical design matches what your organization has committed to.

How do engagements work if you're based in Beirut?

I'm based in Beirut and travel to the Gulf for on-site work. I don't claim a Riyadh or Jeddah office, and I won't pretend otherwise. Most engagements mix on-site time, for board sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, with remote work for the systems build and analysis. Every engagement starts with a working session on the outcome you actually need, in person if that's what matters for the relationship, remote if it doesn't. Beirut is a short flight from Riyadh, and I structure travel around your calendar, not mine.

How much does an engagement cost?

Pricing is scoped to the engagement. A readiness assessment looks different from a production multi-agent build or a board training session, and I'd rather understand what you're trying to accomplish before naming a number that doesn't fit the work. Every engagement starts with a working session on the outcome, and that conversation is where scope and cost get defined together. I also take no vendor commissions and sell no AI products, so the recommendation you get is about what your organization needs, not what pays me a referral fee.
