Why me
I build and run these systems myself, daily, on my own stack. Two decades across US defense, Gulf government advisory, and production AI systems. Is there a consultant in Beirut who has actually built and runs AI systems, not just resold a chatbot?
I build and run multi-agent AI systems in production across health, finance, media, and research. Building is the easy half. Running one means watching what it gets wrong, keeping a person in the loop where the cost of an error is high, and updating it as the business changes. A reseller hands you a login. I hand you a system, the operating rules around it, and the training your team needs to own it. If a simple tool already on the market is genuinely enough, I will say so.
Can you meet face to face in Beirut and explain what my business actually needs?
Yes. Meeting in the room is often the fastest way through this, especially for owners who have been pitched by people speaking in acronyms. How does an engagement start, and how quickly can we see something working?
Every engagement starts with a working session on the outcome, not on the technology. We define what has to change, what evidence proves it changed, and what is out of scope. From there I scope the smallest build that produces that evidence, and we agree how it gets run once it is live. Speed depends on how clean your data and processes are, which is the honest answer no vendor gives before looking. Pricing is scoped to the engagement once the outcome is defined.
